Shipping region and delivery time Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Serbia, covering global distribution (restricted in some countries/regions). Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days to complete inventory preparation and shipment after placing an order (the processing time may be extended for specially customized products). Transportation time: Depending on the destination, international transportation takes 10 to 25 working days (excluding customs clearance time). Note: Holidays, customs inspections or force majeure factors may cause delays.
Freight calculation The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight, volume and destination. The specific amount will be displayed on the checkout page. Free shipping offer: Enjoy free shipping worldwide for orders over €150 (standard logistics only). Remote areas: Additional charges may apply, and the system will proactively alert you.
Logistics tracking After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number and tracking link (sent to the registered email address). If you do not receive a notification within 7 days, please check your trash bin or contact phesator@fswhardtools.com.
